I think make a 8oz beef half turkey meat patty...sound good. or half the 8oz patty and make two...

Makes one mini loaf, or 2 muffins. You can have half (or one) for breakfast, then the other half (or one) for lunch.

Banana Chocolate Loaf

Anonymous commented:

Yes, absolutely. The pudding and the chocolate drink are both Non-Restricted so if you eat the whole thing, it counts as 2 Non-restricted. Another option would be to make three (I made this recipe and put them into three small bundt pans - individual size). I then made a package of vanilla pudding (non-restricted) ... you could also use another banana or chocolate pudding ..., split it into three and put 1/3 of the pudding into the middle of each of the small bundt cakes after they were baked. Drizzle it with Walden's Chocolate Syrup or Caramel Syrup and you have an amazing dessert. You would have three non-restricted desserts if you use all of the ingredients listed above.

IP chocolate pudding (or any pudding of your choice)

The PB2 Chocolate powder is so much better than WF PB :). Try that. 45 cal, for 2 TB. 6G carb, 4G protein. Would that be ok to use on this diet?

Hang in there, Cancan, I thought I'd never make it thru the first 4 days, but 4 months later I couldn't be happier or healthier. It was hard , I had a goal & willpower to make it thru, so set your mind & do your best YOU'RE WORTH IT! Your coach will help if you are with a clinic if not find one.

You have my prayers & thoughts of encouragement.

Cinnamon Maple Oatmeal Muffins

All in all, these are pretty good little muffins. They were very easy to make and taste good. My only complaint is that they are pretty dry. My first instinct, (of course!), was to add butter. Perhaps I will try adding a little bit of Walden Farms maple syrup next time.
