Turkey Meatloaf with Mustard Greens

1kg Turkey
6 cups of mustard greens
2 stalks of celery
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 egg


Heat the oven to 350. Finely chop the mustard greens (food processor works great) Cut up celery, onion, dill, and garlic. Throw all that in a bowl with the meat and egg. Mix it all up. Put it in a deep pan. Spread mustard on top (spicy or grainy mustard or any mustard). Put it in the oven for 45min -1 hr. Makes 3 servings with meat and veggies included.

We don't have mustard greens here in Australia so I added mixed herbs, garlic 1tab of ketchup 1 tab of BBQ sauce 1 tspoon of Dijon mustard. It was delicious

Hey 1 kg is equal to 2.2 lbs. that is equal to 34 ozs, that dived into 3 servings is equal to 10+ ozs each. The amount allowed is 8 oz. Am I seeing this wrongly ? Some one put me straight please.
