This delicious meatloaf recipe offers dieters a filling and satisfying meal that can be prepared in just over an hour. Several of our fans have suggested that instead of mustard greens you can substitute with various combinations of mixed herbs, garlic, a little ketchup, bbq sauce, and Dijon mustard.
6 cups of mustard greens
2 stalks of celery
3 cloves of garlic
Heat the oven to 350. Finely chop the mustard greens (food processor works great) Cut up celery, onion, dill, and garlic. Throw all that in a bowl with the meat and egg. Mix it all up. Put it in a deep pan. Spread mustard on top (spicy or grainy mustard or any mustard). Put it in the oven for 45min -1 hr. Makes 3 servings with meat and veggies included.
