IP Smoothie

Ingredients: 

1/2 - cut up frozen banana
1/2 cup - frozen strawberries
1 cup - orange juice
1 scoop - Soy Protein Powder of choice

Directions: 

Place ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Add powder gradually after blending has started. Substitute strawberries with peaches, blueberries or pineapple.
