Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients: 

1 IP Chocolate pudding
2 Tbsp Extra Brut cocoa powder
3 pkts Splenda or Stevia
1 Tbsp Decaf freeze-dried coffee
8 oz Water

Directions: 

Place the following ingredients in a shaker in this order: Splenda or Stevia, coffee, cocoa powder and chocolate pudding packet. Add water and shake vigorously. Let the shaker sit for 5-10 minutes to absorb the water and enjoy! It should be very stiff or thick. **You can also set spoonfuls of the mix on parchment paper and freeze them as ice truffles. Just dust them with cocoa when frozen.
