Thai Chicken Lettuce wraps

Using a very small amount of coconut oil or olive oil in a pan. cook diced chicken in fry pan. add green onions. then chopped bell peppers. adding thai paste with water & sea salt. once all is cooked and mixed similar to a stir fry - moist. then add half of a lime juice. serve with fresh cilantro and bean sprouts on top of each lettuce boats. yummy!

1 large head iceberg
3 tablespoons of thai paste
1/4 cup green onions
2 chicken breasts
red onion
bell pepper
bean sprouts
sea salt
