Shrimp, Scallops & Asparagus

1 tbsp of garlic
1 tsp of coconut oil
1 tbsp of lemon juice
1 lb of fresh asparagus
1 pkg of shrimp and or scallops
1 1/2 tsp of low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp splenda
sea salt and Mrs Dash garlic and herb seasoning


In a large frying pan or wok, heat coconut oil and garlic, add asparagus cook till still firm, add shrimp and or scallops cook until done. Add lemon juice, salt, splenda, seasonings and soy sauce stir well and enjoy!
