Roasted Tomatoes

Ingredients: 

4 tomatoes, about 4 ounces each
Oil or olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper

Directions: 

Cut the tomatoes in half lengthwise. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and top with garlic. Broil until hot and the top is sizzling.
