Ingredients:
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp Dijon mustard
pinch each of salt and pepper
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk together water, vinegar, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper; gradually
whisk in olive oil. Makes about 1/3 cup.
