Ingredients:
1 lb boneless chuck steak
1/2 c IP approved soy sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp Splenda
1 clove crushed garlic
Directions:
Cut steak into 1/8" thick slices. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl. Place meat in slow cooker, pour over sauce and stir. Cover and cook low heat 8 hours. Top with green onions. Serve over cauliflower rice, or wrap in a lettuce wrap.
