Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
2 Egg Whites
1/4 cup parsley
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
3/4 c grated zucchini
3/4 c shredded cauliflower
1/2 c chopped mushrooms or spinach
Directions:
Mix evenly and create balls. Bake for 18-20 minutes at 425 on a non-stick cookie sheet

I'm looking for some clarification on this recipe. It seems to suggest that all of the vegetables are incorporated into the meatballs but in the photo the meatballs are sitting on top of the vegetables. If the vegetables are indeed separate is ther any instruction on how they are prepared?
