you should be able to go online and look up ideal protein or ideal weight loss clinics. Another one is vital body.. Hope this helps.

I'm only a week into the phase 1 of the diet, I actually weight in tomorrow, Im having a hard time finding ways to make different protein meals, Im hoping to find some good, easy recipes on this site. Any help, recommendations would be appreciated.thanks 05/26/2014 - 15:27
I'm not sure how helpful this is, but try things you wouldn't normally.. I have found the more I taste new foods the less attached I am to the old comfort foods of my past. Hope this help, keep up the good work :)

Welcome to the program! It's tough the first couple of weeks, but keep at it. Soon, you will not crave other foods. I look for IP recipes on pinterest as well. Good luck on your journey to a healthier you!

I believe the answer is yes (provided whatever is used to sweeten it is compliant). Ideal Protein does have a "Lemon Tea Drink Mix"

Safe in moderation as far as I understand, depending on the brand it can have a certain amount of sugar. (P.S. I am not an IP expert :)

Not all recipes are phase 1, we do add the phase if one of the Ideal Protein experts tells us but otherwise we don't specify so as to not lead anyone astray :)

I must say since being on diet I don't crave sweets or bread or my fav crackers and cheese. What I have noticed is I like cauliflower more by using it as rice roasted and flat bread It's amazing try it you'll love it

Make sure you are drinking lots of water, and do a quick 15 minutes of aerobics to get your system going, try and mix up a few different easy exercises and stretches. For me it took about 5-6 weeks before I started to lose significant weight. Keep up the good work!

Yes, I had this metallic taste in my mouth after the first couple of weeks. Talked about it to the homeopath where I go for the Ideal Protein products and she says it is probably due to a heavy metals build up in my system. She recommended I take capsules of "charbon actif". Sorry, do not know what it is in English. The closest I can get is "active carbon or coal". It worked for me. After about 5 days, the taste was gone.

When you are in ketosis you will experience a metalic taste in your mouth and it has been said that when you are in ketosis you will have bad breath. Altoid mini mints can be used on the IP program.
