I have followed the program 100% with absolutely no cheating at all. The first time in my life I've been this diligent and honest about a diet. My weight loss was often less than 1lb a week. I went 3 weeks with only .5 lb of loss.
I do work out but have toned it down as we are advised to to work out too hard.
I only have about 8-10 lbs to go, but just found the cost vs. my results not worth it. I'm continuing on my with a healthy low carb eating plan and the Walden Farm condiments etc.
I started at 138 January 1 and am now 123 on Feb. 24th. I've just finished my last food purchases last week.
Though I have lost 15 lbs to date, it has not been any faster than any other program.
Has anyone else experienced this?
