Quick and Delicious Quesadillas

*note this recipe is not Ideal Protein compliant using Tortilla's
However, you could sub with IPCrepes to make it compliant!

quesadillas ready
Ingredients: 

Whole wheat soft pitas (Dempsters used in the images).
Lean ground beef
Chopped onions
Grated cheese

Directions: 

Heat ground beef with chopped onions until browned and set aside.
Place first pita in the pan and add ground beef.
Sprinkle a small amount of grated cheese.
Place 2nd pita on top and press down with a spatula or pan lid.
Once bottom pita is browned flip and brown the other side.
Cut in slices & possibly use salsa for dipping
