Roasted Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients: 

mushrooms
peppers
broccoli
cauliflower
asparagus
other vegetables that you enjoy
olive oil
roasted pepper
garlic spice

Directions: 

cut into bite size pieces. Place on baking sheet, spray lightly with olive oil, sprinkle with roasted pepper and garlic spice.
Bake 375 for 15 minutes or BBQ
