I’m 5’4”, and I start IP weighing 189. I had a great start, I ran into bumps during the holiday season, but now I’m back on track. I’m so happy that I’m finally able to loose weight. I have Polysictic Ovarian Syndrome and it was sooo hard for me to loose one pound. With IP, I’ve lost 15 pounds so far. I still have 35 to go. IP has given me a way to loose weight and get my overall health in order. I’m grateful! |

In September 2016 I began working out with a trainer who suggested Whole30 or Ideal Protein for healthy weight loss. In January 2017 I was diagnosed with Stage 2 Breast Cancer. My oncologist was thrilled that I was in Ideal Protein because it's criteria is exactly what is best for diet when going through chemotherapy (he did emphasize, though, that he wouldn't suggest starting the diet plan because of the headache side effects in the beginning and didn't want his patients to believe it was a complication of chemo). I stayed on Ideal Protein through chemotherapy but quit last August because I'd lost 116 pounds. I've eaten and drank everything I've wanted since and gained 30+ pounds back... rebooting Ideal Protein today - April 2018 - to lose the weight I've gain. |

i have currently started the ideal protein diet to support my husband in his weight loss journey of 60 lbs myself 12 lbs. we are on day 4. we were already eating fresh veggies and a variety of meats, fish at each meal. so far it has been easy to cut out the carbs rice, pasta and potatoes. i am gluten intolerant but am able to navigate around with these great recipes on your site. many thx |
