I went to the doctor because I was extremely tired all the time, horrible hot flashes and swollen legs ands ankles. My doctor ran many test and she did find anything wrong with me. She recommended I lose some weight and suggested Ideal Protein.

I never had a weight problem until I went into a depression just before a separation. Yet it was the best thing that ever happened to me, I've been struggling with my weight ever since. I'm the type of person, for some reason cannot lose weight rapidly. And since eating trends change all the type. Like clothes styles...I find it hard to really understand what to do. But with Ideal Protein, you don't have to worry about getting the proper nutrients. IP does it all for you. All you have to do is add the allowed veggies and be inventive. This website helps so much with all the fantastic recipes!! I love it. Thanks for being there for us.
