I am currently 150lbs and started IP on 8/24/2018. I decided to do this because I am getting married next month. I know it is VERY last minute but I never knew about this program until the new one opened up near me. I had never heard of it before. Well I did my best to try and fast track the process to get in and get on the program since it is crunch time. Well I kinda succeeded since I am on day 4 and have 32 days until my wedding. I bought my dress weighing around 136-138 and it felt great. Well my dad passed away about 3 months ago and that has taken a toll on me and I am up to 150. Now my dress is very snug and I am not comfortable in it. SO with that being said, I need to be down to 135 by this wedding! So if that isn't motivation then I don't know what is!
