I have been on weight programs all my life. At the age of 47 soon to be 48, I want to loss the weight and keep it off. I have lost 12.5 in the past three weeks on the Ideal protein program and feel great! I have 38 pounds to loss and want to be able to maintain my weight for the rest of my life. Phase 1 is great! I want to learn what to do when I am hungry and what about exercise? |

Was at my highest weight and decided it was time for a change. Even at its high cost it truly inspires one to accomplish ones goal. 12 lbs. lighter now, with ups and downs, still willing to reach my goal. It's still a bit far yet it is doable. |

I was inspired by several friends who went on Ideal Protein and lost significant amounts of weight in relatively short periods of time. I procrastinated for a year, then took the plunge. So far I am down 25 pounds in 10 weeks and feeling fantastic! |

I started on Ideal Protein about 4 years ago as did my husband. I lost 45 pounds and my husband lost about 60 We have both stayed fairly faithful over the years but have gained some back so now we are starting over on Phase one. It is the easiest diet to do and we love the food, these recipes will help tremendously. I have also been a coach. |

Started Ideal Protein 5 months ago, have lost 61 lbs. Still a long way to go but confident I can do it this time. Have tried many other weight loss methods, have lost weight but never kept it off and was always hungry. On this plan, I feel great and am not starving all the time. I am so grateful. |

I started Ideal Protein last September 17, 2015 at just over 200 lbs. I got down to 157 within a couple months and decided to do the rest on my own. After about 6 months, my weight creeped back up to 167. This September 17, 2015 I decided to make another charge at my goal of 150 and was 165.6 at my initial weigh in and after my first week weigh in, Down 5.6 to 158. |
