I want to start feeling more energetic. I have been feeling tired a lot and want to feel better. I also want to be healthier. I was on vacation recently which involved quite a bit of walking. I was always stopping to catch my breath and rest up.....was embarrassed by this. Felt like I was slowing the whole group down.A

My name is Corina i'm 57, have been over weight for 30 yrs. i always made an excuse for not being able to loose the weight and heard the myth of the older you are your metabolism quits working or slows down to the point of not being able to loose the weight, well now at 57 and being introduced to this program and attending an Ideal Protein meeting and seeing how someone older had lost weight i thought if she can do it, i most certainly can too, so i've lost 55lbs it hasn't been easy as i'm sure it's not for anyone but it's a life time plan and that's how i look at it, Ideal Protein works if you stick to the plan with no detours.

I have struggled to keep my weight down all my life. I've been in menopause for the past 2 1/2 years and have steadily been gaining weight..no matter how hard I try to lose it. I've heard great things about Ideal Protein so decided to give it a try.

I am married with two adult daughters. One has given me a grandson that I love dearly. The other is finishing her PharmD program in the next year. I have worked in healthcare for 15 years and know the risks of obesity, but that does not seem to keep me from eating unhealthy foods. I started Ideal Protein on 1/15/15.

Been over weight my whole life, I've tried all the diet fads with no success, have heard great things about ideal protein and figured it was worth the shot. I am finding it very hard as i despise just about every vegetable we are allowed and the ones i can stomach I'm completely sick of, I'm only on week three and am in desperate need of some recipes.

Having lost around 70# on the Ideal Protein Diet, I've gained over half of that back now, 2 years later. I am just starting to get back in the groove and find that there is SO much more info, recipes and tips on the web now. Plus, I've learned a lot more about myself while on this journey. I look forward to this next phase of gaining health and well being which includes losing excess weight.

I have been over weight my entire life.....one day, about 4 years ago I decided to make a change in my life....I was sick and tired of looking and feeling the way I did....the following day I joined a gym. I started out slow, sticking with walking on the treadmill and doing elliptical, after a time cardio wasn't enough so I got me a personal trainer and I incorporated weights into my workouts...started to take some of the free classes they offered, watching my calorie intake and so forth noticing the results and the new clothes that came with it;) Than it came to a halt about a year and half ago, I was in a serious car accident and almost died. was in the hospital for a week.....but out of commission for almost 4 and a half months.....with no sort of exercise or activity. In that span of time everything that I had lost came crashing back and then some. I am back at the gym working out, taking the classes but, unfortunately no results.
so I thought I would try something new......

I'm 24 years old. Since I've been out of highschool, I have acheived 2 medical diplomas. Being in school I didnt have a lot of extra money to spend on food so I ate what I considered was cheap... Pastas, pizza, toast etc.... nothing but sugary carbs!! Now that I'm working I need to get my weight and my health back on track and thats exactly what Ideal Protein has been helping me do. I've been on the Ideal diet now for 3 weeks and I have lost 13.2 lbs an average of 4.4 lbs/week which to me is amazing. Ive tried other diets and was even seeing a personal trainer. The personal trainer did help but my eatting habits werent the best so I wasnt seeing results very fast and was getting discouraged. I'm planning on sticking to the ideal diet for a couple months and we shall see where it takes me :)

I started IP in March of this year and have lost 31 pounds so far. It works if you don't cheat & follow the plan as instructed. When I cheated a lil here & there, I hit a plateau for two weeks, not losing any weight. Read Dr. Tran's book. It helped me get motivated & understand the importance of sticking to it no matter what. You owe it to yourself to get healthy! Kathy
