Did IP in spring 2014 and lost 45 lbs kept it off until summer 2015 and I gained 20 lbs back so I want to take that off and another 20 lbs if possible. |

Week 9 - Have lost 36.8 lbs, already half way to my goal and will be skinny by summer. Easiest diet I've done yet. For max benefit I have stayed away from the restricted IP options (I've found that there are some much better tasting Un-restricted recipies you can make that taste better than the restricted IP packets/bars). To keep it interesting, I constantly search for new recipes and modify some to my taste. |

I had lost 45 pounds working out 3-5 days a week and watching my intake. Got on a plateau for 2 years and tried many different diets while working out 3-5 days a week with no results. Getting discouraged. My doctor suggested this diet. Finally decided 6 months later to try diet after my blood work numbers started going back up. I did not want to go back on medication for high blood pressure and cholesterol. I have had good results with Ideal Protein diet. Wish I had started this diet earlier. |
