Started IP in Jan with my husband, in preparation for our daughter's wedding in June. Hubby lost 72 while I lost 53, basically eating the same things. A bit frustrating for me, but his job is more active than mine and well... he's a guy and they always seem to lose faster. Anyway he is now on Phase 2 and I would like to lose another 20something so I am on Phase 1 until then. We just booked a cruise for last week of Oct and I plan to be on Phase 4 by then. I enjoy cooking but am sometimes challenged by time, so being summer now I am really appreciating my gas grill for easy dinners. I try to make extra's that we can take for lunches the following day. My husband, who never cooked before, has turned into quite the prep chef, lol. We always have cut up veggies on hand for quick grabbing and use bagged lettuce to keep it easy. Weekends we make zucchini waffles but during the week grab shakes to save time.

have been over weight since the birth of my only son who is now 20 and want to be able to play with my granddaughter. being over weight is not helping me knee problem so I have been on ideal protein for 11 weeks and have lost 33lbs and 22 1/2 inches. but im only 1/3 of the weigh there.
