my 4th month. I am 48 years old. I started
program weighing 236 pounds with
40 percent body fat.
size 16 now a 10 :-) this program is amazing
and have had no difficulties following it.

Recently joined Ideal Weight Loss in Airdrie. Am an overwieght foodie - always looking for ways to make my diet interesting so I'm not tempted to cheat. Busy working mom, wife of a skinny man who needs the mega calories. Bottom line, I love to eat, but I'm too tired and sick all the time and need to lose the weight to feel better.
