I eased into LCHP and gave up my 6 a day diet coke habit on July 29. I am now in ketosis and loving my new life. I have more energy alot less pain and my skin is clearing. My gut is still healing but I don't have bloating anymore. I am committed to this WOE forever. I cleared my pantry and fridge of everything that is processed and bad for me. I'm still restocking my pantry with all keto approved food. And I am excited to try alot more LCHP recipes ! |

I was always very active and in 3 years I did 4 marathons, 58 half marathons and 4 triathlons. Unfortunately last year I was hit by a vehicle while biking during a triathlon and broke both wrists and was bruised all over. I had casts on both wrists for 12 weeks and had to have screws surgically put into my right wrist to hold it together. Since my accident, I have gained 40 pounds and have not been active at all. I am trying to get back into the swing of things, but have found that it is difficult to regain my fitness level while I am carrying around so much access weight. I want to drop 40 pounds quickly so I can get myself back into marathon running shape and return to my active lifestyle. |
