Started Ideal Protein in August 2020, down 23 lbs.

I started Ideal protein diet and need recipes.

Wish to get to my goal wait but have a problem with sugar. Need motivation

I began Ideal Protein on January 17, and I down 39.6 pounds. I feel amazing, and I can't wait for the rest of the 80# to come off! I love to cook, and was sent here to find more recipes. Thanks!

Trying to loose weight after being off work first time being diagnose with trigeminal neuralgia.

Participated in program in 2010 and did well with what I learned until medications for health issues caused weight gain. This was complicated by the covid19 stay at home and eat orders, therefore, I have signed on to get back in shape.
