Want to lose weight

New to IP program - so far so good :)

I am returning to Ideal Protein. Four years ago I easily lost 60 pounds and loved to results of following the plan. With the sutdown due to the COVID 19 pandemic, I ate and ate, gaining much weight.
I'm returning to get rid of that wieght gain.

Ideal protein, I need new ideas!

I just started IP and had my first weight in yesterday! Down 4 pounds and I weighed in a day early so that was a great feeling :) I have 2 kids and a construction man so looking for dinners I can make for the entire family without having to make different meals! My entire family is 100% on board with eating healthy and helping me stick to this!!

I have Gained almost 9 kills over the past 5 months and I feel extremely unhealthy and I lost my self-confidence.

I started ideal protein 5 days ago and am looking for recipes to make with the packets

This is my second attempt at ideal protein! The first time, I didn't stay motivated enough. I am ready to do this!
