I have struggled with my weight for many years. A recent injury resulted in many, many tests and doctors. The bottom line was I needed to lose weight, get healthy and make myself a priority. I am 8 weeks into my Ideal Protein weight loss journey. |

2nd time around... got to goal and was in maintenance. Last December my mother was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer and she had to move to a nursing home... so i spent every moment i could with her at the nursing home. And didnt eat right. After she passed i just couldn’t get back on the wagon. After gaining all the weight back that i had lost, i finally had the gumption to get back to IP. Already lost 5 of the 20 i need to lose! Looking forward to some fun recipes. Thank you! |

I’ve been obese in the past weighing 149 lbs, 4ft11” and I lost weight thru high protien diet with no sugar, no carb, and vegies. My immune system has gone down and got sick with pneumonia and bronchitis. Ever since I gained 17 -20 lbs and my weight had been stagnant. I heard about Ideal Protein from a friend who lost a lot of weight so I would like to try IP the healthy way. I will be on Phase 2 this coming week and I like the way the IP teaches me to prepare my own food and not to be scared on carbs. |

Very successful weight loss on IP (from 183lb to 140lb and still going) but need to find a way to maintain that isn't so horribly expensive! Appreciate these recipes and conversations. |

I joined the IP program a little over 5 years ago at my daughters urging. I lost 40 lbs that summer and felt great. Though I still had more to lose I hadn't felt that good in a long time and decided to phase off the program and let the skin on my body catch up (or down). The last 2 years I have let my daily diet diligence go and put back on 20 lbs. So I am back on program and hoping to finish what I started 5 years ago. |
