My Story:
This is my second time on the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Plan. A few years ago I lost 25 pounds, but never reached my goal. I found it too difficult to stick with the diet. I think that's because I did not know of recipes and really did not like a lot of the packets. I started back about 4 weeks ago and have lost 10 pounds so far, with 20 pounds to go. i think that learning to cook meals while on the program will make a big difference this time. My coach is also much more invested in helping me to reach my goal than the one I had before.
