My Story:
Been doing this weight management program for two weeks now and having some success. I was always very active and could eat what I wanted up to my 20's and mid 30s but after my kids (after 35), the weight started climbing and never stopped. I'm almost 50 now and would love to be comfortable in my skin again and living a healthy lifestyle, before I turn 50.
