Felt a bit desperate as my eating was excalating out of control. Gained 30 pounds the last three years and my self esteem was low and also worried about my health. I signed up for the program 6 days ago and feel so much better already. Some people say it is expensive but I looked at how much I was spending on fast food and eating out and it was more. I hope this is my last diet. I'm 60 and have struggled with my wieght for most of it. I'd love to live the rest of my life finally at my goal wieght of 135. I weighed in at 194 on Saturday.
