I have been over weight my whole life. I have tried diet after diet after diet. I would lose weight and then gain half of it back again. This is my last resort and so far it is working for me. I started 3 weeks ago and am down 13 pounds and 9 inches. I can see the results and it is amazing to me. I don't snack all day like I use to and I drink tons of water. I have not had a pop in 3 weeks and only had a headache one day! I cannot wait to see where this journey takes me!
