I went on Ideal Protein last year with another clinic and lost 53lbs, but had to stop about 25lbs from my goal weight. I got very busy for the rest of the year, including getting married and going on a cruise for our honeymoon. Some of my weight crept back on, because I wasn't being diligent with my eating habits. I am now starting the program again , this time I will be succesful and finally get to my original goal!
