Squirmyworm

I was doing fantastic on IP for several months, I lost 30 out of the 70 pounds I was trying to lose! Then I went on vacation, I didn't gain any weight but I just can't get back into IP! I've lost a few more pounds, less than 10 over the last 6 months. Weekends are my downfall!!! I just need to get back into it and I think getting creative with the packets will help a lot
