I now have been using the Ideal Protien since March and I have lost 45 lbs. and feeling wonderful. I am going to start Phase 2 as of today. I love the videos, and the Chef's recipes. I stuck to the diet to the best of my ability. Can't say enough about Ideal Protien. The biggest point is that I feel healthy and my body fat % is in a;good range and my waist circumference is too. I will diligently follow maintenance because that is where you can falter. With the support of this site, and the Ideal Protien site and followers I want to manage my weight following the Ideal Protien protocol. Can't wait to see the different recipes coming in on this site....Good luck to everyone!!
