My Story: 

I am on week 5 (phase I) of ideal protein, and I have lost 20lbs! I am nervous for the upcoming Christmas Holidays, as I love me some beer...and snacks...I am also getting bored with my meals (chicken 6 times a week, salmon once), and steamed cauliflower, broccoli, and asparagus. Looking for some new ideas but strictly ok for Phase I. Please help if able.
