My Story:
I am two months into the Ideal Protein protocol...It was extremely hard at first, but now I have gotten into the routine, but I must say, I have gotten creative with vegetables and changing them up, since I am not really a fan of veggies. I love my bars and other restricted foods...wish I could have three of those per day!
Good luck to all you beginners who have either just started or are still sitting on the fence. The results are truly amazing, and you will feel better.
