My Story:
Half way through weight loss journey, have lost 20 pounds and have another 20 to go. Trying to overcome emotional eating and making good progress but not 100% yet. Enjoy most of the IP foods but have trouble still enjoying my veggies. I am looking for more veggie recipes to help with this.
