I have been on this diet for awhile now. Doris H. on Quance has been fantastic. I would not have been able to lose these 80 pounds without the help she has given me. I had tried other diets, many other diets with and without prepared foods. Nothing came close to the guidence and help that has kept me going over this time like what Doris had given me. I still have a ways to go but I know that I will be successful with the plan and help I have.
