I have been struggling with my weight since I had my daughter, 11 years ago. Have tried multiple things but need something that is easy, structured and strict. Not something that gives too many options and then I can't figure it out. Have heard a few people and a couple friends talk about the Ideal Health clinic and the progress they have had with it. So I am going to try my luck as well. :)
