I didn't have a ton of weight to lose but needed to do something - this diet did it. It was a little hard at first especially the first stage but once I saw the results it was so worth it. It was fun trying all the recipes that I could get and now there are so many more - I certainly had my favourites. Once a year I go back on maintenance for 1-2 weeks and I loose the few pounds that I put on during the year and of course eat my favourite IP products.
