My Story:
I am a college Athletic Trainer who in the last 10 years has put on 30-40# because I have let taking care of myself sit on the back burner, while I spend my time taking care of my athletes. My schedules is so wrapped around the coaches and the athletes leaving me with crazy work hours. Instead of trying to plan out meals on my one free day off/ only half day off I lean towards something quick and fast. So looking to get back to a better eating habits and style.
