I'm 40 yrs old weighing 300lbs, a mother of two 19 yrs old and 2 yrs old...I'm trying to get healthy with ideal protein which has been successful for me in the past. I have lost 120 lbs in 6months using ideal but I didn't phase off correctly. I'm hopeful to finish the diet and my battle with weight once and for all.
