I had been on diet that was not working. The "diet coach" for that diet commented that I was not following the program and then she slid a business card across the table and said, "Here is your next and last diet. If you follow it through all of the stages you will be successful and keep the weight off. I am your diet coach. If this diet is not working...I am going to find you one that will." I am so grateful to this woman who is passionate about helping people to lose weight and get healthy. I lost 60 pounds and kept it off for 3 years. I recently went through a hard time and put 20 back on. I am working to take those 20 pounds off. I refuse to buy new clothes because I NEVER want to go back to where I was before. Ideal Protein works. I think I love it because the weight loss phases and the maintenance phase are different. I am looking forward to getting back to my goal weight range.
