Started IP Mid January. My life was filled with Food Crutches - my go to for emotional reasons or any other reason I could try to justify. Needed drastic action, doc said I had 6 months to live at the rate I was going: diabetes, cholesterol, hypertension, edema, trouble walking and breathing. Today, 6 months later and thanks to Ideal Protein, I am no longer diabetic, cholesterol is way down, hypertension medication cut in half, no edema, walking and breathing fine. Oh yeah, I guess the shedding of 85lbs so far has been a success!
