I am a 50 year old woman who has always been "thick". I take pride in my appearance and have been able for past 29 years, create a fashionable, confident look with my size 18. For past 10 years, I have been in a lot of physical pain and have tried many different "diets" to lose the weight. I cannot exercise the way I want to mentally, but I can walk and am grateful. I raised 5 children who are now between the ages of 23 and 29. I have 8 grandchildren. I'm divorced and employed. I am a counselor and have taken care of many through my years of life. It is time to take care of me.
