My Story:
I am just beginning my IP weight loss..gastric bypass 2yrs ago and at a standstill...both daughters are on the IP program and loving their weight loss results! I am 63 and have type II diabetes, diabetic macular edema, higher than I want to have cholesterol and want variety in food choices. I want to lose my body fat while saving my muscle...and I want to lose another 100lbs! I believe in the IP weight loss way!
