As I aged, the weight started to creep on. After starting hormones they came much faster and harder to get off. Then I was put on a more natural hormone and the pounds found me 10 pounds a month. After Every effort to try and lose them, it was Impossible. I talked to a doctor and they reccommended this program. I started and lost 12 lb first month. After 5 weeks I had lost a total of 16. I could Not be MORE THRILLED. I am IN for the long term and hopefully learn a new lifestyle and keep it OFF forever. Although I know that I will Always need help t keep it off. Food is such a Big thing of life.
