Micah Suzanne Berndt

I have had a miscarriage and i got really down on myself and just felt horrible about myself. I was at my heaviest and was just ready for a change. I joined ideal protein and I love it. I am losing weight at a steady rate and have re learned whats good for me and what isn`t. I hope to reach my goal in a month and a half and I believe I can. I have really enjoyed this journey so far and look forward to reaching my goal.
