Mary Michele

I have been on the program for 5 months. I have lost 45 pounds and 25 inches. I am amazed every week when I weigh in. I have attended all my weigh-ins, support groups, and informational meetings. This has really reduced my fear of returning to my old way of eating. I am on facebook with other Ideal Protein customers and watch my videos daily. I think this is an amazing program. I'm very grateful that I was lead to Transformations and all its support. My coach is also very supportive.
