Mother of 3 daughters, and a wife of a Type 2 diabetic.
I have always watched out the the family and found that I had let myself go. Even though I never feel that I aged or gained. I found that none of my clothes fit.
I had to go and but new clothes in a bigger size....YUCK That was it! I was going to change, but do what exactly I didn't know. So while at a GI appointment with my husband, I saw a flyer for a weight loss program.
So I looked into it in our area. Found a Clinic 2 hours away, called made an appointment and have been on IP since October 11th 2015.
Looking good and feeling better. Loven it!! Love the cookbook and recipes that are being shared......
