I discovered IP 4 years ago and it was a life changing journey. I lost 45 pounds and felt amazing. I became a coach-and really enjoyed helping other people change their lives. Two and 1/2 years ago my life changed, and it became overwhelming to say the least. The weight along with a big fog returned. I had tried (about every other Monday) to start again with no success. I'm happy to say that I'm ten weeks into phase one, and 30 pounds down. There is so much more information available now about the program, and it's nice to find support and encouragement in places other than our clinic. In it to win it!
